♡ THE STARE OF THE GREY HERON AND MY FINE-ART PRINT COLLECTION ♡⁣

I spy... ⁣⁣

As the stare of the grey heron, I strongly visualize my "future-to-be": a (financially) free woman helping others in the world to enjoy the thriving and thrilling prosperity of nature on Earth. I gaze into what might be! And to what I believe in as an entrepreneur, as a mom and as a woman.⁣
I do know that our Earth deserves a lot more protection and respect as we have given it up till now. As a photographer I believe I can truly show how precious and fragile life is to the audience, the people of our world.⁣
"Today, photographers not only have to provide beautiful portraits of animals in their natural environment, they also have to record their behavior so that we learn something about the animals. [...] The more we learn about wildlife, the more we become concerned with their fate - a development that can also be found among our photographers. "With photos we give a voice to things that have no voice of their own," says Joel Sartore. "With photos, we give a voice to something as small as an endangered insect or to large animals like grizzlies - to cultivate understanding and show that we need to be careful with them." Many photographers therefore spend a lot of time and money on protection initiatives that they encounter during their work."⁣

As for this photograph of the grey heron: it was preening and hunting close to a man-made waterfall in the area of the Amsterdamse Waterleiding Duinen, the Netherlands. It took no notice of me and my photography friend. In all its glory it waited out its moment to capture prey, completely and absolutely focused with its attention to movement in the water. Its beauty shining through its plumage, its ultimate hunters attitude and its golden gaze. Elegant, strong and thriving! Just how life should be.
