Testing Professional Line Photobook Saal Digital ~ A short while ago I signed up for testing a photobook. Saal Digital then would select the happy few to test their Professional Line Photobook. I was selected !!! A few weeks ago my photobook arrived. Finally found some time for a review!
I chose a perspex glass front with a taupe leather cover. It looks amazing: the colors really pop out and it makes the book professional of appearance. The photographs inside are 21x30 cm with a glossy coverage (there are other options like matte coverage and art prints). I love how my prints worked out. I chose the non-correction option in the Saal Digital software (for creating the book), so my own small corrections in color, hues and sharpness would not be overwritten. All my photographs are in Adobe 1998 ICC color profile (Mac) to convert the colors to CMYK-profile of printing. You can see some of the results in the photographs (swipe). I can take it to future prospects. It is amazing and I am looking forward to make another one next year.
