The incredible community of Our Foto World has almost 5500 registered followers on Instagram today. Communities help in promoting ones photographic work, discuss images with each other and to create stories from all over the world.
A while ago, in February 2020, Our Photo World organized a Challenge named "Animal Planet". One of my images of the puffins of Skomer Island UK was featured in the final story. Special thanks to Shannon Hunt and Carol Worrel (curators of this challenge). The story was finally published on February 21, 2020.The curators wrote in general:
"With almost 700 beautifully captured submissions, you showed us through your photos our love for the diverse animals we share our precious planet with. Whether it was by sharing your family companion or capturing animals in the wild, the theme of 'Animal Planet' was achieved. [...] Our final selection represented animals in the wild, animals as companions, working animals, animals in family units and animals in peril. We have a responsibility to protect the animals of our planet. It is our hope that this story will be a reminder of all we have been blessed with."
