Last May I have been on assignment at a petting zoo in Hilvarenbeek, the Netherlands (De Uilenburg). A friend asked me if I would like to take photographs of the animals as a voluntary assignment (so without payment but for the greater good).
The reason is that sometimes the animals need medical care from a veterinarian. These medical procedures can be expensive, depending on the type of treatment.
My friend got the idea rolling to start adoption of the animals by friends (and their kids). With a small amount of money each month for the adoption, they may be able to raise funds to pay for medical procedures when necessary.
And in order to get the adoption processes started, quality photographs are needed for the name cards in the petting zoo and on their website/Facebook. I decided to help them out. In these photographs are the most cutest pets: Kiwi (Black rabbit), Timmie (Lop), Unox (Guineapig) and Giel (Brown Black rabbit) with a lot of fluff. In the petting zoo are all kinds of animals: goats, a pony, a pig, rabbits, guinepigs and birds.
